There are few who haven´t yet taken any of the Flights to Oaxaca and have ended up falling in love with this great state full of wealth where you see it. Moreover, it is that Oaxaca has everything to become your favorite destination of Mexico and the world, because of that is why today we will talk specifically about Huatulco, a corner of the state that keeps wonders that seems impossible to travel in a single weekend, but that following an intelligent itinerary, the experience of enjoying Huatulco will be quite pleasant.

A Friday to start well

After having arrived in Huatulco and after having settled in one of the many excellent hotels that are located in this place, a good start is to visit the lighthouse to contemplate the sunset from that privileged place. Then you can take a walk through the charming village of La Crucecita and taste the famous Pluma Hidalgo coffee, spend the evening in one of the great bars that are in front of the La Crucecita plinth and return to the hotel to finally rest from the flight and recharge energy for the next day.

A Saturday of tour

Saturday is a perfect day to enjoy a tour that takes us through seven of the nine bays that exist in Huatulco, this trip is the ideal setting to have fun swimming, snorkeling and discover the natural beauty of these Oaxacan bays. Don´t miss experiencing the typical gastronomy of Huatulco tasting fresh seafood in one of the beach palapas that abound in the coasts. Then it is time to return to the hotel and enjoy some of the musical or dance shows that the best establishments of lodging of Huatulco offer to their clients.

Take advantage of your Sunday before going home

Sunday can still give us a lot of fun, because before returning to our home we can visit the dock and shops of Bahía de Santa Cruz, and then spend the rest of the day at one of the 36 beaches offered by the bays of Huatulco, each of them with different attractions and characteristics for different types of travelers.

Don´t forget that during the trip you can be part of other activities that will give you a more special touch to your weekend in Huatulco, either exploring the coral reefs at the bottom of the Santa Cruz beach, making a horseback riding through the mountain landscapes or through the beach, experiencing the thrills of rafting in the Copalita river rapids, knowing the viewpoints of Huatulco to identify each bay, and also fully contemplate the beautiful geography of this Oaxaqueño paradise or take a private boat tour to travel Huatulco and relax with the magical atmosphere to say goodbye to a special place, in the company of our family and friends.

As we mentioned, a weekend is not enough for you to enjoy Huatulco, as it should, because when it comes time to return home you will hardly feel that you start enjoying as you deserve, so you are warned of wanting to take some more of the flights to Oaxaca, sooner than you think.

Huatulco and all the beaches in Mexico are beautiful. Remember that on your next trip you cannot miss out on visiting places like Acapulco or Zipolite, world-renowned sites that will make you feel in paradise.
